The issue could not be identified, Citizen/Steller V2.40.0 will be implemented for MW 1.43, as using MW 1.39 as a base is posing a problem both for the skin and other features.

✅ Once again the wikis are online, a rollback to our previous version of the packages has been made. Some extensions now require MW 1.43 and that was the problem. Changes will only be introduced in Citizen.

All changes have been successfully applied. That should increase performance and prevent the server from running out of resources.
